Shivanandan Dalvie
Consultant

Shiv Dalvie currently serves as a consultant to AEA as it relates to its investment in Suhyang Group.

Shiv joined AEA in 1997 as an Associate. In 2006, he became a Partner and moved to Hong Kong to lead the firm’s private equity investment activities in Asia. He currently serves on the board of Suhyang Group. He also served on the boards of former AEA portfolio companies CPG International and Northern China German Automotive.

Prior to joining AEA, Shiv was a member of the mergers and acquisitions group of Credit Suisse First Boston where he was involved in advising industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical clients such as Bayer, Broken Hill Proprietary, W.R. Grace, Tomkins, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer and Pitney Bowes on seven transactions with an aggregate value of over $3.5 billion.
