Ramzi joined AEA in 2018 as a Partner in the London office. He focuses on AEA’s investments in Europe and currently sits on the boards of Polygon and PST.

Prior to joining AEA, Ramzi was a partner at TPG Capital in London, where over the last 18 years he has completed investments in various sectors, including retail and consumer, industrials, building materials, as well as technology and telecom. He also has experience across geographies, with transactions in several markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Turkey, the Middle East, and Australia. Ramzi started his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York, where he advised private equity firms on all aspects of their investment activities.

Greg joined AEA in 2017 and brings more than 30 years of financial experience to his role as an Operating Partner. He currently serves on the boards of Polygon and ThreeSixty. Greg also served on the board of former AEA portfolio company Shoes for Crews. Most recently, Greg spent 13 years with former AEA portfolio company Acosta Inc., where he served as CFO and COO.

Prior to Acosta, Greg was CFO of Encore Development, a software development firm. Prior to Encore, he was vice president, corporate controller for Beringer Wine Estates, a leading producer of premium wines. Prior to Beringer, Greg held several financial management positions including financial reporting, investor relations and chief accountant & corporate controller at Barnett Banks. He began his career with PriceWaterhouse, providing audit and assurance services to clients in the financial services, distribution and retail industries.

Felix joined AEA in 2013 and focuses on investments in Europe. He currently sits on the boards of Polygon and Verdesian Life Sciences.

Prior to joining AEA, Felix worked in the investment banking group at Morgan Stanley in Sydney, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and financings for utilities and industrial companies.

Louie joined AEA in 1998 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2010. He focuses on AEA’s investments in the Value-Added Industrials and Services sector. He currently serves on the board of BMS Enterprises, Numotion, Polygon, SitelogIQ and Visual Comfort & Co. He also served on the boards of former AEA portfolio companies GMS, Henry, RelaDyne, Springs Window Fashions and SRS Roofing Supply.

Prior to joining AEA, Louie was in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
