Conor joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Conor was an investment banking analyst at Houlihan Lokey in the capital markets group. Conor graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan, where he earned a BBA with a concentration in Finance.

Alexander joined AEA in 2019 as a member of the private debt team. Prior to AEA, Alexander was an assistant vice president in the sponsor finance group at US Bancorp where he worked on executing leveraged financings for private equity owned companies. Previously, he was an analyst in General Electric Capital’s corporate finance group where he worked on structuring and syndicating leveraged financings for middle market companies. Alexander graduated from the University of Richmond where he earned a B.S.B.A in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Keith joined AEA in 2019 as a portfolio manager of the senior debt team. Prior to joining AEA, he was the group head of the structured acquisition finance group at ING Capital where he managed a leveraged loan portfolio as well as coordinated coverage and leverage loan underwriting and execution for financial sponsors. Before ING, Keith was at BNY Mellon Capital Markets, CGV Capital Advisors, Merrill Lynch & Co. and Credit Suisse in various leveraged finance and high yield capital markets-related capacities. He began his career at SunTrust Bank.

Timothy joined AEA in 2019 as a member of the private debt team.

Prior to AEA, Timothy was a director at Abacus Finance Group, providing credit solutions to private equity sponsored lower middle market companies. Previously, he was a vice president in the leveraged finance group at US Bancorp. Earlier in his career, Timothy held similar positions at CIT Asset Management, American Capital and J.P. Morgan.

Kevin joined AEA in 2018 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Kevin was an investment banking associate at Jefferies LLC in the leveraged finance group. Kevin graduated from Boston College, where he earned a B.A. in Economics.

Alex joined AEA in 2018 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Alex was an assistant vice president at Bank of Montreal in their sponsor finance group. Previously, he was an analyst at GE Antares Capital. Alex graduated from Tufts University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics.

Will joined AEA in 2018 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Will was at Capstone Partners in Boston, first as an analyst and then as an associate. Previously he was an analyst at Ernst & Young in the financial services office where he completed the requirements to become a CPA. Will graduated from Wake Forest University, where he earned a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accountancy.

Kathryn joined AEA in 2017 as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2020. Prior to joining AEA, Kathryn was an investment banking associate at Jefferies LLC in the leveraged finance group.

Prior to joining AEA, Brian was with Bank of Montreal in Chicago, originating, executing and monitoring middle market senior debt and mezzanine sponsor-backed transactions. Prior to Bank of Montreal, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a member of the financial due diligence team within the deals advisory practice.

Reza joined AEA in 2016 as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2019. Prior to joining AEA, Reza was an analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in the leveraged finance group. Previously, he was an investment associate at Cambridge Associates.
