Meghana joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining, Meghana was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Meghana graduated summa cum laude from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics (Wharton) and a B.A.S. in Computer Science.

Chris joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Chris was an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs in the technology, media, and telecom group. Chris graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College, where he earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics.

Kevin joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Kevin was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Kevin graduated from Williams College, where he earned a B.A. in Economics.

Michael joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Michael was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in the global industrials group. Michael graduated as valedictorian, summa cum laude from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University, where he earned a B.S. in Finance.

Robert joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Robert was a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group working with the private equity and digital ventures teams. Robert graduated from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a B.A. in Business Administration – Finance.

Owen joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Owen was an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse in the global industrials group. Owen graduated summa cum laude from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where he earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Finance.

Clay joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining, Clay was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Chicago. Clay graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University where he earned a B.A. in Public Health Studies and a B.A. in Economics.

Arting joined AEA in 2016 as a member of the Middle Market Private Equity team. She rejoined AEA in 2020 after receiving her MBA at Harvard Business School. Arting focuses on AEA’s investments in the Consumer and Services sectors.

Prior to joining AEA, Arting was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in the mergers & acquisitions group in New York.

Danyal joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Danyal was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup in the industrials group in London and at Deutsche Bank in the investment banking group in Frankfurt, covering the German-speaking region. Danyal graduated from Goethe University Frankfurt, where he earned a B.S. (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.

Fred joined AEA in 2020 as an Operating Partner focusing on investments in the Value-Added Industrials sector.

Prior to AEA, Fred served as President and CEO of Masonite International, which went public in 2013 under his leadership. Previously, Fred was President of Human Genetics and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Actavis, a specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer. Fred began his career at Honeywell (previously Allied Signal), where he held progressively senior roles.
