Jack joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Jack was an investment banking analyst at Fidus Partners. Jack graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration.

Lucas joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Lucas was an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the mergers and acquisitions group. Lucas graduated from Fordham University with a B.S. in Finance.

Ian joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Ian was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the natural resources group. He graduated from Penn State University where he earned a B.S. in Finance.

Vivek joined AEA in 2018 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Vivek was an investment banking analyst at UBS in the global industrials group. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration.

Blake joined AEA in 2018 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Blake worked as an investment banking analyst at Lincoln International and BB&T Capital Markets. Blake graduated from Washington and Lee University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting.

Will joined AEA in 2018 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Will was an associate at Parthenon-EY. Will graduated from Cornell University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics.

Benji joined AEA in 2012 as a member of the Small Business Fund team. He rejoined AEA in 2017 after business school. Benji serves on the boards of Dayton Parts, Pexco, SBP and Veseris.

Prior to joining AEA, Benji worked in the investment banking group at Lincoln International, focusing on mergers & acquisitions in New York and Chicago.

Charlie joined AEA in 2016 as a member of the Small Business Fund team.

Prior to joining AEA, Charlie was an analyst at Harris Williams & Co. in the industrials group.

Rachel joined AEA in 2012 as a member of the Small Business Fund team. She rejoined AEA in 2016 after business school. Rachel serves on the board of Barnet Products Corporation and SGLT Holdings.

Prior to joining AEA, Rachel was a strategy consultant with L.E.K. Consulting in Boston and London.

John joined AEA in 2014 as a member of the Small Business Fund team. He currently serves on the board of American Expediting.

Prior to joining AEA, John was an investment banking analyst at Berenson & Company.
