Liz joined AEA in 2020 as a member of the investor relations and fundraising team. She is involved in all aspects of investor fundraising, communications, relations and business development.

Before joining AEA, Liz was the head of investor relations and business development for Churchill Asset Management and previously held a similar role at Kohlberg & Company. Earlier in her career, Liz worked in middle market investment banking at SPP Capital Partners. She began her career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Danyal joined AEA in 2020 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Danyal was an investment banking analyst at Citigroup in the industrials group in London and at Deutsche Bank in the investment banking group in Frankfurt, covering the German-speaking region. Danyal graduated from Goethe University Frankfurt, where he earned a B.S. (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.

Fred joined AEA in 2020 as an Operating Partner focusing on value-added industrials.

Prior to AEA, Fred served as President and CEO of Masonite International, which went public in 2013 under his leadership. Previously, Fred was President of Human Genetics and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Actavis, a specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer. Fred began his career at Honeywell (previously Allied Signal), where he held progressively senior roles.

Lauren joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining, Lauren was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in the consumer and retail group. Lauren graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a B.S. in Economics.

Tom joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Tom was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Tom graduated from M.I.T., where he earned a B.S in Biological Engineering.

Kyle joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining, Kyle was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Kyle graduated from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Honors.

Jack joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Jack was an investment banking analyst at Fidus Partners. Jack graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration.

Lucas joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Lucas was an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the mergers and acquisitions group. Lucas graduated from Fordham University with a B.S. in Finance.

Spencer joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Spencer was an investment banking analyst at PJ Solomon. Spencer graduated with distinction from Stanford University, where he earned a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering.

Casey joined AEA in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to joining AEA, Casey was an investment banking analyst at PJT Partners. Casey graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance.
