Jon is an Associate on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investments in the Industrials sector.

Prior to joining AEA, Jon was an investment banking analyst at Lazard in the Healthcare group. Jon graduated cum laude from Cornell University, with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management (Dyson) and minor in Computer Science.

Laurel is an Associate on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In her role, she focuses on investments in the Consumer sector.

Prior to joining AEA, Laurel was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in the consumer & retail group. Laurel graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University with a B.A. in History and Economics.

Mitch is an Associate on AEA’s Small Business Fund team.

Prior to joining AEA, Mitch was an investment banking analyst at Jefferies in the Technology group. Mitch graduated with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he earned a BBA with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Brendan is an Associate on AEA’s Small Business Fund team.

Prior to joining AEA, Brendan was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at BofA Merrill Lynch. Brendan graduated with an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.

Eli is an Associate on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investments in the Industrials sector.

Prior to joining AEA, Eli was an investment banking analyst at PJT Partners. Eli graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance.

Paul is an Associate on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investments in the Consumer sector.

Prior to joining AEA, Paul was an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer/Retail group. Paul graduated magna cum laude from Hamilton College, where he earned a concentration honors in Economics and Phi Beta Kappa recognition.

Matt is an Associate on AEA’s Small Business Fund team.

Prior to joining AEA, Matt was an investment banking analyst at Guggenheim in the healthcare group. Matt graduated from Williams College, where he earned a B.A. in Economics.

Henry is an Associate on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investments in the Consumer sector.

Prior to joining, Henry was an investment banking analyst at Lazard Frères & Co. in the consumer and retail group. Henry graduated cum laude with honors from Harvard College, where he earned an A.B. in Applied Mathematics with a Secondary in Computer Science.

Alden is an Associate on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investments in the Industrials sector.

Prior to joining, Alden was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Austin. He graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University where he earned a B.A. in Economics.

Leah is an Associate on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team. In her role, she focuses on investments in the Consumer sector.

Prior to joining, Leah was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Houston. Leah graduated cum laude from Rice University where she earned a B.A. in Mathematical Economic Analysis and a Master’s in Accounting.
