Tara Brantley is a Vice President of AEA Growth.

Prior to AEA Growth, Tara was a Vice President of ROCA Partners, a growth equity investment firm focused on tech-enabled services and healthcare services companies. Tara previously was a private equity investor at Oaktree Capital Management. Prior to Oaktree, Tara was an investment banker at Gleacher & Company.

Tara has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Yale University.

Martin Eriks is a Vice President of AEA Growth.

Prior to AEA Growth, Martin held a variety of operating roles at Healthline and Red Ventures, a leading player in digital consumer healthcare and digital media. Martin left as Vice President of Strategy, Finance and Operations. Prior to Healthline, Martin was an Associate on AEA’s Middle Market Private Equity team where he focused on investing in industrial technology and consumer businesses. Martin began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company.

Martin has a BA in Business Administration from The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Dilraj Bhadare is a Vice President of AEA Growth.

Prior to AEA Growth, Dilraj was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, a private investment platform targeting investments in technology, healthcare, consumer and other high-growth sectors. Dilraj previously was a private equity investor at True Wind Capital. Prior to True Wind, Dilraj worked on the content strategy team at Netflix and began his career as an investment banker at Lazard.

Dilraj has a BS in Business from The Haas School of Business.

Nathan Khalil is a Vice President of AEA Growth.

Prior to AEA Growth, Nathan was a Senior Associate of ROCA Partners, a growth equity investment firm focused on tech-enabled services and healthcare services companies. Nathan previously was a private equity investor at Arrowroot Capital Management and an investment banker at Lincoln International.

Nathan has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Michelle is a Vice President and AEA’s Deputy General Counsel. In her role, she supports the firm’s legal, compliance and regulatory functions worldwide.

Prior to joining AEA, Michelle was Vice President and Counsel at Third Point LLC. Prior to Third Point, Michelle practiced law at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP focusing on M&A and private equity.

Michelle graduated summa cum laude from Adelphi University, where she earned a B.S. in Finance. She earned her J.D. from Hofstra University. Michelle is admitted to the bar in New York.

Alex joined AEA in 2021 as a Vice President on the Small Business Fund team.

Prior to joining AEA, Alex was a senior associate at Wafra in New York. He started his career in investment banking at Harris Williams.

Arting joined AEA in 2016 as a member of the Middle Market Private Equity team. She rejoined AEA in 2020 after receiving her MBA at Harvard Business School. Arting focuses on AEA’s investments in the Consumer and Services sectors.

Prior to joining AEA, Arting was an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in the mergers & acquisitions group in New York.

Evan joined AEA in 2015 as a member of the Middle Market Private Equity team. He rejoined AEA in 2019 after receiving his MBA at London Business School. Evan focuses on AEA’s investments in Europe and the Value-Added Industrials and Services sectors.

Prior to joining AEA, Evan was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Atlanta and London.

Andrew joined AEA in 2013 as an Accounting Manager and became Vice President of Fund Administration in 2019. He is responsible for all aspects of fund administration and loan operations for the Private Debt Funds including financial reporting, audit, taxation, investor communications and reporting.

Prior to joining AEA, Andrew was an assistant controller at Apollo Global Management and a senior accountant at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Earlier in his career, Andrew was an auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP specializing in alternative investment funds.

Rachel joined AEA in 2018. She is responsible for all aspects of fund administration for the Private Equity Funds including financial reporting, audit, taxation, investor communications and reporting, and the investor database.

Prior to joining AEA, Rachel was vice president of finance and accounting at Littlejohn & Co. LLC and held similar role at Cerberus Capital Management. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
