David Jackson

David is the Executive Assistant to AEA Investors LP Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel Barbara Burns, and Deputy General Counsel Michelle Marcellus. In addition to supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of these AEA executives, paralegal duties include maintenance of AEA’s portfolio company and Funds data base, D&O lists, deal-related bank accounts and annual reporting. He is a Notary Public registered in the State of New York.

Prior to joining AEA in 2010, David was Executive Assistant to the Senior Relationship Manager and President of Aetos Capital Asia/Aetos Alternative Asset Management. He began his career in finance with Morgan Stanley Investment Management as Senior Administrative Assistant, U.S. Institutional Client Group, supporting a diverse group of senior-level executives.

David earned a B.A. in music from Olivet College and a Masters of music in performance and pedagogy from the University of Colorado Boulder. As a classically trained singer, David remains actively engaged in the professional classical music scene, both in New York and internationally.
