Eliza Urbanik is the Payroll and Benefits Manager at AEA Investors, where she oversees the accurate and timely processing of payroll and manages the firm’s employee benefits programs. Eliza plays a key role in resolving pay-related inquiries and ensuring that payroll accounts are fully reconciled and compliant with regulatory standards.
Eliza joined AEA in August 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in payroll and accounting. Prior to her current role, she spent ten years at the Metropolitan Opera, a premier not-for-profit performing arts institution. During her tenure there, she advanced from Staff Accountant to Payroll Manager, developing deep expertise in payroll systems and employee compensation.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baruch College and an Associate Degree from Kingsborough Community College.
