Jacob is the Office Services Coordinator on the Operations and Administration team. In his role, he focuses on keeping the office stocked and organized while also dealing with any in office issues that employees may have.

Prior to joining AEA, Jacob was an Operations Associate at Success Academy Charter Schools.

Jacob graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a B.A. in communications.
