James Kwon

James is an Associate on AEA’s Small Business Private Equity team. In his role, he focuses on investment opportunities in the industrial, services and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining AEA, James was a Senior Associate Consultant in L.E.K. Consulting’s technology, media, and telecommunications group.

James graduated cum laude from University of California, San Diego where he earned a B.A. in economics.
