Lauren is Senior Paralegal and Contracts Manager for AEA. In her role, she supports AEA and its portfolio companies worldwide by reviewing, drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements and various other legal documents and contracts.

Prior to joining AEA in 2014, Lauren was a Senior Paralegal at Kaufman, Borgeest & Ryan LLP, a defense firm in New York City’s Financial District.

Lauren graduated with honors from Keene State College, where she earned a B.A. in psychology.
