Reza is a Vice President on AEA’s Private Debt team. In his role, he focuses on mezzanine and senior debt investment opportunities.
Prior to joining AEA, Reza worked in the leveraged finance group at Wells Fargo Securities, focusing on originating, structuring, underwriting and executing leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions. Prior to Wells Fargo, he was a senior investment associate at Cambridge Associates.
Reza earned a B.S. in finance from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Reza was involved in the development of AEA’s inaugural internship program focused on Historically Black Colleges and Universities and continues to assist with the execution of the program. Previously, he has been involved with Read Ahead, a reading-based mentoring program for elementary school students in NYC, and the NYC Mentoring Program, a program that pairs professionals with high school students looking for advice on career exploration, goal-setting, school work and the college admission process, as well as activities that tap into the city’s cultural resources.
