Suzzette McDonough
Human Resources Specialist
Suzzette is an HR Specialist for AEA. In her role, she focuses on philanthropy, DEI, employee relations, policy and company benefits. She also supports woman leadership initiatives, company culture, vendor relationships and compliance inside of the HR functions.
Before joining AEA in 2008, Suzzette was a coordinator at IAC in the Mergers and Acquisitions department. During her time at IAC, she focused on strategic planning, succession planning, employee development and organizational change.
Suzzette earned a B.A. in political science and history from Hunter College and an M.B.A in human capital from Iona College.
Suzzette sits on the junior board of Hudson Guild, a Chelsea Community Center, and is a member of both COPE (Council of Protocol Executives) and SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). She is also a coordinator for NYC Mentoring Program, a treasurer for the Girl Scouts of the Hudson, a Co-President for the Saints John and Paul Parent Association and a notary for Westchester County.
