AmEx is a leading same-day ground courier that specializes in on-demand, expedited transportation and logistics services for customers with time-critical shipment needs.
AmEx was founded in 1983 by CEO and President, Victor Finnegan and has grown to more than 300 employees spanning a network of more than 40 locations and two national call centers across the U.S. AmEx partners with an expansive network of over 800 highly trained independent contractor drivers, most of whom carry specialized certifications such as HIPAA, OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen and TSA approval. With its focus on superior customer service and reliability, AmEx has distinguished itself from other players in the rapidly growing domestic same-day B2B ground courier market. The Company’s primary focus is on the life sciences end market vertical, where its customers rely on AmEx to coordinate complex logistics operations for essential, high-value goods on a local, regional and national basis.
