Adam Biren

Adam is a Partner and Head of Capital Formation – Americas. In his role, he is involved with all aspects of investor fundraising, communications, relations and business development across the firm’s strategies.

Before joining AEA in 2026, Adam was a Managing Director at Apollo Global Management where he led investor coverage in the South and Southeast U.S. within Client & Product Solutions. Prior to Apollo, Adam was a Vice President in the Private Funds Group at Evercore and an Executive Director in the Alternative Investments Group at JPMorgan in the Private Bank. Earlier in his career, Adam held private equity roles at Sandell Asset Management and ICV Partners. Adam began his career as a financial analyst at Houlihan Lokey.

Adam graduated cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a BS degree in Finance and Accounting.
