Chris Kaolian

Chris is an Operations Manager for AEA’s Private Debt Group’s Finance and Accounting team. In his role, Chris focuses on all aspects of fund administration and loan operations for the Private Debt Funds including managing leverage provider compliance, outside service providers, systems and financial reporting.

Before joining AEA, Chris held a various Fund Accounting and Operational roles at Aurelius Capital Management, Pequot Capital Management, Oak Investment Partners and John W. Henry and Co.

Chris earned his B.S in finance from Central Connecticut State University.
