Elaina Maglio

Elaina Maglio is Director of Strategic Transformation Delivery with AEA’s Operating Resources Group, where she focuses on structured program execution across technology and the broader firm, with an additional focus on ORG and its portfolio company engagements.

Prior to joining AEA, Elaina spent twenty years at the intersection of investment management and technology. She most recently served as Chief of Staff for Technology at Soros Fund Management, to translate firm-wide priorities into technology initiatives and leading end-to-end delivery of transformational programs across investment and non-investment teams. Before that, she was a Senior Program Manager at Alphadyne Asset Management, where she led delivery of proprietary investment technology across data and technology applications. Earlier in her career, she held business analysis roles at several leading hedge funds including Renaissance Technology, Pine River Capital Management and Taconic Capital Advisors.
