Operations & Administration Eve Matheson is a Human Resources Associate at AEA. In her role, she is responsible for supporting the recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of internal talent across functions.
Before joining AEA, Eve was a Human Capital Analyst at Select Equity Group, where she partnered with senior leadership to lead recruiting efforts, manage onboarding and employee lifecycle workflows, and support firmwide performance management and training initiatives. She began her career at Google as a Technical Recruiter.
Eve earned a B.A. in English from the University of Virginia.
