Grant Garlinghouse

Grant Garlinghouse – Partner, Portfolio Growth at AEA Elevate – provides strategic and operational support to portfolio company management teams.

Prior to joining AEA Elevate, Grant established the Value Creation Team at Trinity Hunt Partners, leading strategic initiatives across Talent, Finance, GTM, and Corporate Development for the portfolio.  Prior to Trinity Hunt, Grant was on the operating team at Vista Equity Partners, where he worked with portfolio companies in the technology sector to define and execute value creation plans. Prior to Vista, he was at Boston Consulting Group, where he served clients in the healthcare, consumer, industrial goods, and energy sectors.

Grant holds a BA in Chemistry and English from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Texas.
