Operations & Administration Kelsey Lieb is a Senior Paralegal within the Legal and Compliance Group, focused primarily on Corporate Governance. In her role, she is responsible for entity maintenance and oversight of AEA’s entity database, bank account administration, and supporting AML/KYC processes across the firm.
Prior to joining AEA, Kelsey supported a large group of associates and partners at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP on all aspects of both fund and structured finance transactions.
Kelsey graduated with honors from SUNY Oneonta with a B.S. in theatre studies. She also holds an A.S. in fashion merchandising management from Fashion Institute of Technology – where she graduated with honors.
