Kirk Goodman
Head of Portfolio Go-To-Market, AEA Elevate
Kirk Goodman is the Head of Portfolio Go-To-Market for AEA Investors’ Elevate team. In his role, he collaborates with AEA Elevate portfolio companies seeking to accelerate commercial growth.
Prior to AEA, Kirk spent over a decade in senior operating roles at tech-enabled healthcare, business services, and consumer companies, where he built and scaled enterprise go-to-market functions. He brings deep, hands-on experience in sales and go-to-market, having built and run revenue engines and sales teams at companies such as Kinsa, Virta, Wheel, and RadiantGraph. Kirk began his career at the Boston Consulting Group, advising clients across the healthcare, technology, industrial, and consumer sectors on growth strategy and sales operations.
Kirk holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Michigan.
