Steven DeCillis II

Steve is Chief Financial Officer of AEA and a Partner. In his role, he oversees finance and administration, human resources, information technology and investor relations.

Before joining AEA, Steve spent over ten years at Ripplewood Holdings LLC, a middle market private equity firm, where he most recently served as chief financial officer and managing director. While at Ripplewood, he managed a team responsible for accounting, operating and administrative functions. Prior to Ripplewood, Steve worked in the assurance and business advisory services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he worked in the controllers department at The Dreyfus Corporation.

Steve earned a B.S. in accounting from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Steve is a certified public accountant (active).
