James Stith

James Stith is a Partner on the AEA Elevate team and a member of the AEA Elevate Investment Committee. He currently serves on the boards of American Oncology Network and AS Software.

Prior to AEA Elevate, James was a Co-Founder and Partner of ROCA Partners, a growth equity investment firm focused on tech-enabled services and healthcare services companies. Previously, he was an M&A executive at IAC/InterActiveCorp (a publicly-traded portfolio of consumer media and technology companies) where he helped lead investments and guide the M&A strategy. Prior to IAC, James was a private equity investor at Ares Management, and an investment banker at Lehman Brothers.

James has a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
