Maeve McGilloway

Maeve McGilloway is the Principal of Talent at AEA Investors.  In her role, she partners with business leaders to design and execute firmwide talent strategies that support the recruitment, development, and retention of internal talent across functions.

Before joining AEA, Maeve served as Director of Human Resources at Stonepeak and led various HR initiatives spanning performance management, training and leadership development.  Previously, she was a Vice President of Talent at Berkshire Partners, where she was responsible for investment team talent acquisition and talent management.  She began her career at JPMorgan Chase and Deloitte Consulting, focusing on strategy and operational transformation in financial services.

Maeve earned a B.A. with honors from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
