Nick Glenn
Head of Employee Partnership
Nick Glenn is Head of Employee Partnership on AEA Investors’ Small Business Private Equity team. In his role, he leads the team’s initiatives to foster deep employee ownership and employee engagement across the portfolio.
Prior to joining AEA, Nick ran his own private consulting practice. Prior to starting his own practice, he led the human resources function for Spaceflight Industries and C.H.I. Overhead Doors.
Nick earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in Sociology from Saint Leo University. He also holds an Executive Masters in Human Resources Management (EMHRM) from Cornell University and is a SHRM-CP certification holder.
Nick is a proud veteran and serves as an advisor for the American Soldier Network, a non-profit that raises awareness and funding to tackle the psychological and emotional battles affecting veterans on the home front such as PTS, CTE, TBI, homelessness, unemployment and reintegration.
